We are committed to providing a respectful and transparent environment for our employees, clients, and partners. This space is designed to facilitate the submission of complaints or reports regarding any inappropriate behaviour (corruption, harassment, etc.). Your submission will be handled with seriousness, confidentiality, and impartiality.

Receipt and Acknowledgement
Once received, your complaint is recorded in our complaints register. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours. If your report is submitted anonymously, it will be processed provided it contains actionable information.

Review and Investigation
The complaint will be reviewed by one of our responsible officers. An investigation will be conducted to verify the facts and identify an appropriate solution.

Resolution and Follow-up
Once a solution has been implemented, we will keep you informed and ensure that the issue is addressed appropriately, to the extent possible.

We use feedback to strengthen our internal processes and prevent the recurrence of similar issues.
